These raspberry muffins are the perfect tea snack. They’re subtle but sweet with soft raspberries throughout and white chocolate drizzled over top!
So far, I think this recipe is one of my favourites and while I love a lot of my recipes, I definitely don’t say that about them all. This one, in particular, is deliciously sweet but in a really nice and subtle way. I reduced the added sugar to allow for the raspberries (because we all know sometimes they can be a tiny punch of sweetness).
My second favourite thing about these raspberry muffins is how imperfect they are. They’re a good representation of rustic and I picture they’d be more at home in a large country farmhouse on a natural wood dining table. If I had to describe these muffins in one word, it would be ‘lovely’.
