Tasty Vegan Choc Chip Cookies
These Tasty Choc Chip Cookies are seriously delicious! They’re fluffy, soft and are bursting with that salted vanilla cookie dough taste that everybody knows and loves!
Yield: 10 cookies
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 3 tablespoons lukewarm water
- 1/2 cup vegan butter softened
- 1/4 cup cane sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or pieces
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (390 F) and prepare a baking tray.
Mix the flaxseed meal and water in a small bowl and let it sit for a couple of minutes to become thick.
Whisk all of the wet ingredients (including the flax-egin a large mixing bowl.
Add and fold in the dry ingredients until well combined.
Add and mix in the chocolate chips or chocolate pieces.
Roll out and flatten the cookie dough onto the tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
